This complex civil engineering exercise (major roundabout widening, synchronised traffic lights installation and additional road creation) was completed ahead of schedule and well within the budget forecast, and is an excellent example of how Peterborough’s large infrastructure engineering projects are tackled and completed with efficiency and expediency through the now established Skanska/PCC partnership – PHS
