I am a ward councillor for Stanground South and live in Stanground. I have lived in Stanground for over 30 years. I am now retired after working in engineering all of my working life.

I have served Stanground as a City Councillor for nearly 16 years and I am the Chairman of the Council’s Scrutiny Commission for Health issues which monitors all forms of health provision in Peterborough.

I also perform a number of voluntary community roles including being a member of the Stanground Community Association, the Italian Community Association (ICA), Governor at Southfields Primary School rated outstanding by Ofsted since 2008. I also attend the Cardea Residents Association (CRA) & Neighbourhood Watch meetings and supported the Cardea Community Sports Association (CCSA) to bring forward the new sports pitches & pavilion.

I am passionate about Stanground and have worked to implement and secure funding for the skate park floodlights, the new Stanground Academy, to replace the grass verges on Coneygree Road, to expand Southfields Primary & St. Michael’s schools, and install the speed safety cameras along Peterborough Road.
